2. Products & Pricing
• All our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, weave, print, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade and hand-woven garments, and are not defects — they are a mark of authenticity.
• Product colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device and display settings.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• In the event a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you and process an appropriate refund or alternative.
4. Payments
• We accept payments through secure, trusted payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
• Sui Kaari does not store your card or banking details.
• We offer Prepaid and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) options. For Partial COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery, applicable COD and shipping charges will be deducted from the partial amount paid before any balance is refunded. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
• All content on this website — including images, text, designs, logos, and graphics — is the property of Sui Kaari and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
