At Sui Kaari, each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to love what you receive. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to assist with an exchange to ensure you find the perfect fit.

Our Exchange Policy

      We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

      To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

      Exchanges are subject to stock availability in the requested size or product.

      We do not offer monetary refunds, store credit, or returns of any kind. We exclusively offer product exchanges as described in this policy.

A Few Things to Note

      Products that are used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags will not be eligible for exchange.

      Any difference in price for the exchanged product will be communicated and settled before dispatch.

      Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed for the exchange pickup or return.

      The shipping cost for an exchange is to be borne by the customer. This may either be paid directly by the customer, or deducted from the amount originally paid, as applicable. Our team will confirm the exact amount with you before the exchange is processed.
