1. Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched from our facility.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the order.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our collections, the following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  • Custom-tailored or made-to-order garments.
  • Pre-ordered items sourced or woven specifically upon request.
  • Products purchased during flash sales, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation by Sui Kaari

Sui Kaari reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of the requested product or fabric due to inventory discrepancies.
  • Failure of a product to pass our quality control inspection before shipment.
  • Errors in product pricing, descriptions, or website information.
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions or payment verification issues.
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information required for order fulfillment.

If an order is cancelled by Sui Kaari, the customer will be notified promptly and a full refund will be initiated.

4. Refund Processing

For eligible cancellations, refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after cancellation approval.

Processing Time

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
