1. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be in resalable condition
- The request must be raised within the allowed timeframe
3. Return & Exchange Conditions
a. If the Issue is from Our Side
(Wrong size sent, defective item, incorrect product)
- We will cover the return shipping cost
- Reverse pickup may be arranged (where available)
- You will receive:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- Store credit / refund (as applicable)
b. If the Return is Customer-Initiated
(Size issue, change of mind, preference)
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- You may need to self-ship the product to our address
- After quality inspection:
- Store credit or exchange will be processed
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear images (if product is defective or incorrect)
Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
5. Quality Check & Approval
- All returned items undergo a quality inspection
- If the product does not meet return criteria, it may be sent back
- Approved returns will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
6. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds (if applicable) or store credit are issued after quality check
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on Suikaari.com

- Sale or promotional items may have limited return eligibility
- Exchanges depend on product availability
- Sui Kaari reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet conditions
